I have conducted training for labor relations representatives in PA, NJ and DE as well as representing FMCS in international training efforts in Mexico City, Amman, Jordan and Bangkok, Thailand. As VP of 1199 Health Care workers Union, responsible for organizing, negotiating and administrating collective bargaining agreements including arbitrating hundreds of cases when necessary and training stewards on grievance handling and cooperative labor relations both in the public and private sectors. During the past 12 years I coordinated and moderated the FMCS Arbitration Symposium attended by 250+ annually. Scheduled as panelist at the Philadelphia Labor Arbitration Institute - October 2026
